What are the reasons for the failure of the teacher who is experienced at conducting writing lessons?

教师解析：The teacher’s failure is probably due to the neglect of learners’ needs analysis. She didn’t take into consideration of students’ language level and the goal of their writing study. She neglects the fact that her English diaries and writings might be deviant from the requirements of students’ writing. Either they are too easy or too difficult for students to imitate. Besides, imitation can only be an instruction strategy; students have to write by themselves after they get familiar with it.
