This study investigated the extent to which exposure to Choice Theory increased high school students' perceived satisfaction in 4 psychological needs: belonging, power, freedom, and fiin. A quasi-experimental, nonrandomized pretest/posttest design was used. For 5 sessions, the treatment group received exposure to Choice Theory principles. After the first posttest, the control group also received exposure to Choice Theory principles.
