Empty nester has become a serious social problem which is easily ignored by people. Empty nester refers to those middle-aged couples when their kids left home for job or other things. With the aging of society is widening, more and more empty nesters appear. When their kids left home for the sake of their work, studies, marriage and other factors, these aged will suffer different mental diseases.

As a kid, even you are busy with your work, you can call your parents. This would be better for the aged people at home. If possible, you can go home and see your parents when you are free.

Let's take a real case as an example. It's reported that an old women died in her own apartment, losing contact with others for almost 2 years. When people found out, the old woman has become skeleton. What a shock! Finally, her kids and relatives knew it, but it's too late. This issue reminds us of caring about the aged.

In a word, no matter how busy you are, please try to squeeze some time for your parents, who is waiting and missing you at home.
